I have had to get a refund on an item that I didn't receive, and the seller is now sending me abusive messages. Is there anything i can do?!!

First add their id to your blocked bidder list (you also sell on this account) and then go to your buyer preferences and tick to block messages from people on your blocked bidder list. The block won't kick in straight away as you have been in a recent transaction with them.
Ignore their messages - there is nothing worse than being ignored and they'll get tired of the game eventually
Leave appropriate feedback (don't mention eBay, Paypal or any kind of dispute or report) - refer to poor communicationis - abusive messages.
If the messages threaten your personal safety then print them off together with the seller's details and contact your community Police on their non-emergency number.
