3 days passed but still i can not track the item

My purchased item number is following, ,RI565845457GB that was provided by the seller on the 25/08/2016. but we still do not see its progress. As it says the item is not scanned yet, or check if you have got the correct item number.

The seller may have made a mistake with the number as the item is scanned at the Post Office when posted. If it has just been put in a letterbox it will not have been scanned and there will be no tracking.


The main thing is if it does not arrive by the expected delivery date or very shortly after, you will be able to start an Item Not received case to get a refund.


If the seller is new, they may have no idea of how the system is supposed to work.


You appear to given an incorrect Sellers ID as I cannot find such a seller. (the name is likely to be removed in any case as it is not allowed to mention IDs on here).


I have now found the seller, you missed an e off the end, shows how easy it is, so I suspect the number is wrong.
