12 month warranty on iphone

I bought an iphone 5c in April. It was refurbished by seller and came with a 1 year warranty. This was stated on the listing and in a photo. Now a fault has developed on the iphone I can't get in touch with the seller, through email or eBay. Please can someone advise.

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive and not a warranty

Any warranty is between you and the seller

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.

Their email address will be on the original paypal payment

If you cant contact them at all then there is probably nothing much you can do

MOst warranties that come with items bought on ebay are worthless as there is no way of enforcing them
