That used to happen to me quite often as a child - I spent a lot of time trapped in toilet seats!  (I'm still clumsy, but thankfully/sadly now too large to slip...)

I accidentally dropped my 2 year old niece in when I was trying to help her balance on the seat. My brother went mad and accused me of doing it on purpose !!!
