For dinner cooking for my lovely elderly neighbour & myself of course organic roasted beef with sweet potatoes in the oven with herbs & Black peeper & a mixed salad

Breaded cod with mushy peas.

I have two grandchildren overnight so we had chicken, new potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, courgettes, green beans, cauliflower and gravy.  For afters we had hot strawberries, sponge and custard.

Dessert is of course organic strawberries with either organic Black & Green chocolate or vanilla ice-cream

Iif not able to make it then a parcel with great food is on your way

speedy one today and not much in the cupboard so it was fish in breadcrumbs, sweet potato and beans....wasn't very nice really.
