I've never roasted a veg in my life.  I see you say roasted veg ed, and green beans.  Don't you roast green beans, and if not, why not??

We had egg, bacon, sausage, beans and hash browns, then trifle.

The roasted veg were courgettes tomatoes peppers and aubergines. The green beans would burn if I tried roasting them as they are a lot smaller.

Oh right.  We don't eat any of those things (except tomatoes but we eat them raw) so that'll be why I've never roasted veg.  Woman LOL

Well I had roasted tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic & mushrooms in olive oil & herbs that I added to pasta with a little chopped crispy bacon & sprinkled it with cheese!
