While I know little about telephones, I strongly suspect that the telephone described is just an old-fashioned mobile telephone with a couple of added features. It doesn't seem to have an Android operating system. Take a look at the comments from "craig wilde" on this page:

I'd guess that you're stuck with whatever the telephone comes with. At least one advertisement I saw for it showed Facebook and Twitter icons on the screen - it would be interesting to know how, or if, those work on it and whether they are ever updated.
If you need "apps," then you'll need a smartphone running something like Android, Apple's equivalent (iOS?) or Windows telephone version.
