I sold Dyson Airblade hand dryer to a buyer in America in July 2023. He claimed he is not happy with the item. (Fair enough)
I gave him full refund. He doen't want to return my item.
He has received full refund and he is keeping my item. How fair is that? I want my item back ....
Any advice?

I'm afraid there's nothing you can do about it now. In future you should never issue a refund upfront. Always get the item back first. The buyer should open a return and keep it all on ebay.

adding to the advice already given -
the seller claimed that after 6 months - they could not have done anything through eBay.
