ebay have emailed me and indicate that someone has tried to access my account.
So they put a hold on my account and advised me to change my password.
When i try the screen says it will send a text with a 6 digit code to my phone
but the phone number shown is not mine so i cannot change the password
I emailed ebay and they say they cannot alter the phone number even though my correct phone number is on their records and confirmed . So i am permanently locked out and people are buying my listings.
Any ideas or experience of this.
