The forums are quite messy and it would be easier to find things if similar topics are together. This is just an inconvenience, but it gets worse.
The majority of new posts are in member-to-member support, which is fine if you want answers from mentors.
I'm seeing a lot of posts in member-to-member support where members want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem as them, or similar. There are also posts on other boards where members think they're talking directly to Ebay. Why isn't it made clear so people who want input from all members post in the regular boards, if you don't want a lot of answers to look through and just want mentors then post in member-to-member support, if you want Ebay then wait for the weekly chat discussion or use webchat.
