Ebay social is still not linking up to Facebook or Instagram and no replies yet from Ebay. Has anyone heard anything regarding this issue

We have the same problem. EBay customer services say they are not aware of the problem but it would be good for someone from eBay to provide an update, it seems quite a widespread problem

Just on the phone with Ebay customer service and they are going to speak to
I.T Department to try and get this resolved so have to wait and see

Has this been rectified as I have lost the link to my socials and now I am having issues re-linking!! Can anyone help me with this?

I notice there are many people who have lost the link from Ebay to their Socials. I am one of those people and am currently losing sales due to this. Has the bug been fixed? Can you add me to the bug fix list? Can you help me?

This issue seems to be going on for months now maybe longer, when do we expect to see some sort of resolution as this is a big impact on sales for most of us.
