Correction of 15month old negative feedback?

My seller feedback lists just one negative feedback in the past 12 months but this was actually posted 15 months ago.

The correct number of my negative feedbacks received in the past twelve months is zero.

Can my current inaccurate 12 month seller feedback score be corrected?

In 15 minutes time the Weekly Chat appears with eBay Managers.  2p.m. to 3 p.m.

Post your question there they can explain why a  15 month feedback is still showing in the 12 month column.  I thought it could take up to 13 months to disappear,  was it definitely not just under 13 months ?
