a 21V 3.0Ah battery

I am on the point of buying a 21V 3.0Ah battery but I cannot see how the charger fits into this  Is there a simple instuction leaflet? Can anyone help?

Either find a seller selling this item,  and message them beforehand if they know how this is fitted.  Could they perhaps invlude instructions.

Or,  ask our friend Mr. Google for the fitting instructions.
