Item returned to eBay authentication

My item says returning to eBay authentication does anyone know how I can get in touch with them direct as I still want the item purchased.

Hi,

you just need to go onto help, type in authentication, then scroll down and contact us or something like that, then when the chatbot speaks type authentication, itll give you options but just type agent and it should say live chat or have us call you. Pretty sure the sneakers side closes at 8pm on a weekend though, might even be 6pm as they are all based in Ireland, so just give it a try tomorrow as they (sneakers) work sundays too.
