Feedback

Why do ebay constantly ask me for feedback on items that I'm yet to receive.

I've no idea what to say until I've actually received & inspected my purchases, I consider that good feedback is important & surely it would be far better if it includes my thoughts on the hole transaction rather than just commenting on what the item looks like in the tiny advert photo.

Feedback

Yep,  we all get them,  those over eager bots just click/ send,   and out go all those reminders.

Feedback at the end of the day is voluntary,  so you can just delete and ignore those reminders,  or,  if you do wish to leave some after receiving and using an item,  you do have 60 days in which to do so.

As said ,  completely voluntary,   and most don't leave any nowadays.
