When I open a listing from a seller I use regularly the listing appears then immediately disappears. The sellers tell me no one else has this problem ( where have I heard that before ).

If you mean that when you follow a link in your Purchase History to an item you have purchased using a desktop browser you see the listing very briefly and it is suddenly replaced by sponsored listings appearing on the page, try scrolling down the page below the sponsored listings to see the original listing.
Hi, I've been using eBay for quite a long time and I also had such a problem about 5-6 months ago for a few weeks, and it often helped me just to log out and then log in back into my account. But fortunately, this problem hasn't appeared recently.
