Buyer contacted BBC Three Counties radio to complain about an Ebay small business seller. They bought an item and had a change of mind. Opened a case and did not follow the returns process and decided to send the item back themeselves without tracking.
The seller did not receive the item and the case was closed in their favour. Buyer was not happy and sent an all caps message threatening their feedback with a neg. Seller still tried to resolve the issue but the buyer then decided to take the 'complaint' to 3CR.
It has ended with the buyer having egg on their face and the seller was magnificent in dealing with the issue. It has resulted with the seller giving them a goodwill refund. (not sure I would have after all this palaver).
