Listings Dropping Rank On (Advanced Promoted Listings)

Is anyone experiencing issues with Advanced Promoted Listings i'm finding my best sellers dropping from first page rankings since yesterday keyword bid amounts are high and if i increase it drops to the listing to the 18th page

Seems ridiculous and its driving me around the bend have the *bleep*s at ebay changed something again!

That makes a lot of sense to me. If you pay more than others, you are going to be shown to everyone and their wives - most of whom will have searched for something completely different. Lots of impressions and no clicks cannot do you any favours. Plus why would eBay show you organically when they can get you to pay?
