I've always done my own.  There is so little that can be customised really.

I use canva and have a template size set up for the header, one for the feature categories (which I have 6) and one for the promotional banner.

Canva offer a free option.

I believe Frooition will do it for you for a few hundred and do an okay job.

If you're open for some constructive critisism, your current logo rich block potentially could lead to VERO issues.  Many manufacturers are really touchy about their logos being used without express permission.
