On the left hand side of this page is a list of links split into sections. The bottom section is My Content. Click the Messages link. You will then see your inbox. Scroll to the bottom and you will see a Compose button in the right hand corner. Click this, then enter the name (or names separated by commas) of who you are sending to, give your message a title, write the message, then click the Send Message button.
