You can now offer discounts to your buyers using customisable coupon codes. The coded coupons tool, accessed within the Seller Hub Marketing tab, allows you to create a code and send, print or share it with your buyers. Our video explains how to set up these discount codes.
Send your codes to specific buyers
You can now send your customised coupon code directly to a specific buyer from the Seller Hub Order tab. You’ll soon be able to send coupons to a larger group of customers using the “Buyer group” page in the Seller Hub marketing tab. Please bear with us while we are preparing for this change. Sharing your coded coupons with buyers is an easy way for you to encourage existing and potential customers to buy from you. Use it to offer specific buyers reasons to come back to your listings when your inventory has the most potential to sell.
