So I need to be able to generate custom ranges of transaction statements in PDF format. I used to be able to do this last year - I could specify a range of dates (e.g. 3rd January to 14th May) and eBay would generate proper statements in .PDF format....

Completely agree. It's shameful that eBay have removed some fees and then replaced them with stealth ones. People suggesting that "well you list it at [x] amount, you'll still receive [x], it's the buyer that pays [y] on top" are missing the point. S...
