The issue is that eBay tells you the buyer has paid but the funds don't
reach your account until the person has received their item. Many people

I hate it too. I used to use the money I got via PayPal to help me post
items and now I have to rely on good faith!! This will be the last thing
I ever sell on Ebay as the new system just doesn't help the seller at
all. What a stupid design flaw this...
