Ive no photo ID for the verification process when trying to setup ebay managed payments - anybody know how I can send in my other documents? Thanks

I have no photo ID & struggling to find a answer online how to go about verifying myself.... I'd prefer not to have to ring them if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks
