I have something more helpful to contribute now: I selected the "other
courier 5 days" category instead of freight, and the invoice was
successfuly generated,hope this helps everyone,
I have the same problem, I get the banner block "there is a problem,
please try again later". And this is 9 days on from your posts...crazy
that this still hasn't been fixed. So frustrating.
