It's asking me to download V4Ajax.json from cgi5.ebay.co.uk

When I try to list something I get a request asking me to download V4Ajax.json from cgi5.ebay.co.uk but when I contact ebay via live chat they disconnect. Does any one know why it's asking me to download that file?
