Hi Dave, As you will know for the orginal post in the forums it's
definitely still happening to alot of sellers, is this going to take
another month to fix? This is costing businesses, obviosuly eBay are
making a gain out of this so it doesn't matter...
I would like to point out I am taking about promotions not impressions.
I understand the agreement but surely eBay also has a responsibility to
let us know about technical issues that directly affect money we poor
into eBay when the money we are putt...
We've been having issues with the promotions which we understand is a
known issue as there is currently a test which is finishing on the 7th,
however, we had promos running throughout the month and even a phone
call from the marketing team to go over...
