Simple Delivery is *bleep* - When I try and relist items, ebay
'OVERIDES' my realistic postage of £4.50 with their "simple delivery" so
I have cancelled sales because the buyer's FULL POSTAL ADDRESS is not
shown AND as I don't have a printer I cannot...
