As we have bills and banking linked to our mobile devices now perhaps
everyone with an electric car could register it to be linked to home
usage some how and we be billed for travel electrcity alongside our
residential usage.
I would assume that the points at some service stations etc, are already
metered pay at the pump type points so why not just extend that service.
