i found it almolst impossible to find anywhere to refund a buyer on the
ebay account, so i just went to paypal and did it that way. was that
correct? i assumed as the two are linked everything will work out!
thank you, it would make it easier if there was a "drop down" to cancel
and refund along with the "sell a similar item" "relist" and "mark as
despatched".
