Is anybody else having trouble deleting searches they follow? When I manage to buy an item I follow I then go to delete it but it won't work.

I have tried to cancel an order on ebay but ebay are waiting for the buyer to confirm that they have received a refund. They won't receive a refund because they never paid, hence me cancelling the order. What can I do?
