HiWhat happens when a buyer returns an item that was purchased with free postage? Does the seller just have to absorb the cost?

Yes of course, but what I am asking is that once I refund the buyer the £10 I am out of pocket by the £2 postage that I paid to send the item originally! So basically I am trying to see if this is correct.
