ive been a ebayer for over 5 years and all of a sudden when i go to buy
an item it says change my payment method but i only bought something
yesterday with the same payment methos and it was fine

Ihad a ebayer buy my item but they havent paid up.ihave gone through the
system and reported the incedent.i now have a £37 bill but no money from
the buyer.anyone hellp with this problem.many thnx
