This seemed to occur on Sunday night, was still an issue yesterday. Ebay
reply was we are still looking into it, my buyers as you can understand
are less than happy when they are being charge the tax on final value
and P&P.
So, I've been on the chat to Customer Services again. There is still
resolution to the issue, which is disgraceful. I have suggested they put
a banner announcement on the site to inform customers. Unfortunately,
I'm not on social media however if any...
What is the accepted workaround for this issue? Direct Paypal
transaction are prohibited. Buyers are not going to pay until this issue
is resolved, I therefore have sold items waiting for payment. This does
not reflect well on Ebay.
