Hey guys and girls, i'm not able to contact any sellers orRead messages on the app, is this happening to anyone else, and how can i solve the problem ?

I have recoeved a best offer on my item, i got the notification, however when i click on it to view the offer to try to counter it, i cant see it, it says there is no offers. How can i solve this ?
