Hi I am not receiving the normal email confirmation from PayPal as payment recieved, it showing paid in eBay and PayPal. I normally get notification of payment recieved with dispatch address how can I resolve this? Thanks

i am selling a tv and someone has placed a bid but now wishes to cancel there bid how can I do this as a seller, thanks
