Sold an item to Jersey. Packlink give Hermes as a postage option.... Do hermes actually cover the Channel Islands, or is this a system glitch!

regret its a 10kg parcel...packlink have now confirmed Hermes will deliver, even though Hermes say they wont! Its insured for full value.
