I've used my own postage to return an item, but my account states that I
haven't posted the item, how can I bypass buying eBay postage and put in
my tracking information etc?
I click on "see returns details" which takes me to select a carrier,
there is no drop down option just two radio buttons for royal mail or
collectplus. the only other hyperlinks I have are return details &
