I can't add a tracking number.....

Whenever I click on add tracking number, I get this message: This site can’t be reachedgstrkuind.uk.vip.ebay.com took too long to respond. Everything else seems to work fine, but I just can't add tracking details to a sale.. Any ideas?? Thanks
