I sold a brand new bag for 99p the buyer said it turned damaged but it was fine when I posted it, I refunded it anyway then I asked for it back but the buyer had given it to charity! I was then given negative feedback and called rude! eBay only side ...

I sold an item that was perfect but buyer said it arrived damaged but packaging was in order they said they spoke with eBay and they agreed with her and I have to refund! How is this fair !!
