I cancelled a sale as the buyer requested shipment to an address I will
not ship to. I refunded the payment immediately. The case is still
waiting for the buyer to respond. How long do I wait for the case to be
closed?
Anyone had experience of buyers based outside the UK
bidding/buying/offering and using a UK postcode as the shipping
destination which is usually a freight forwarding outfit?
