How do you complain to ebay about suspect bidders?
Someone banned for bidding for my stuff keeps changing her ID......

How can I get ebay to stop someone ( banned from purchasing from me for timewasting & non-payment on numerous occasions) continually changing their ID and further wasting my time...and by all accounts other 'ebayers' time? Thanks
