How do I block a buyer?

I've had 2 items sold & both buyers didn't pay,,its very annoying!! Why do people do this & get away with it?

I've pressed wrong answers for an item sold & not paid for... the item hasn't been paid for and I can't re open an unpaid case?... it just says "post the item"... the buyer won't answer my emails!... help!
