Sold item shows Checkout Complete but elligible for Unpaid Item dispute

Can anyone advise on this? I've never seen anything like this before and the eBay chat wasn't very good, refusing to accept that there was an error on the eBay site and infact completely ignoring and referring me to PayPal.
