Im keep uploading my passport to lift the restrictions 

I don't see how this is right in have prof of postage but did do tracking but still the buyer is saying that they never received the item so I had to pay a refund as eBay said I never gave enough information so if you don't have a tracking number it ...

The buyer wanted to return a shirt I agreed to it and sent a prepaid payment but have not received the item but my payment is still in pending what do I do next

I have payed threw PayPal and have not get got my refund.
