I listed an item incorrectly ,it was not the company I thought it was.i
issued a refund immediately and sent return postage but after a month a
repeated requests I still haven't got my item back.what can I do
Thanks for your help,it would appear the buyer gets a free gift and eBay
helps them to rip off honest sellers,I does leave a bad taste in my

I realise that now but I was bombarded with emails by eBay telling me to
issue a refund so I did.not realising what should happen.i was naive to
think that users on here are honest.i even offered to go and pick it up
,she reported me.ebay don't reall...
