Not true - I lose the postage out to the buyer (not cheap with a 4Kg parcel) and risk a negative feedback from a buyer that clearly does not read listings

CCR2014 also has the same exceptions - but thank you for reminding me of that one I used the 2000 one though for communications on here as NONE of the ebay call centres were even aware of the 2014 revision !!
