get the same message. eBay acknowledge problem and suggested sending
invoice without adjusting postage and offer refund on payment but it
still won't work.
Just spoken to eBay Customer Services and they confirm that there is a
know issue with sending invoices involving ebay.co.uk which has been
ongoing for 48 hours.
