I put an item in my basket then purchased the item but it's still in my basket & says commited to buy

I won item seller said no longer available after I payed they have now re advertised the item

Payed for item I won then seller payed me back saying item no longer available but as now the same re selling the item at an higher price

Bought a screen protector that states protect from knocks and falls shows an hammer put it on new phone, phone got knocked & as cracked the screen
