Thin I got to the bottom of it - no help from Ebay mind. Its nothing to
do with VAT, Customer services said that... Its to do with the SD - and
them charging large letter 1kg (mine was literally a few grams) and when
the buyer requested combined post...
think i may ahve found my answer, it could be because of the tracked
service and the item being subject to VAT - but why are they charging
the buyer, if a seller can claim the VAT back ... I think I will give up
on ebay or check every item before i l...
i arranged a combined SD for a buyer earlier - it was set up as large
letter and will still be a large letter with the extra item. All of a
sudden they have added VAT to the postage cost? I was under the
assumption, could be wrong that Royal Mail dos...
